Chelsea goalkeeper Cech might be in Turkey this January

Chelsea former goalkeeper Petr Cech will be on the spotlight as some major clubs are trying to get him but at the moment Besiktas are leading and they have the highest chance to get Cech this January.

The agent of this 32 year old goalkeeper, Mithat Halis, Cech has options but moving to the Turkish club has a very high possibility. Cech was replaced by Thibaut Courtois who currently holds the highest possibility to be Chelsea’s number one choice this season.

Jose Mourinho elected Courtois for the premier league opener against Burnley and the Belgian responded magnificently and earned the managers favor. Thus Cech’s time under the goal bar has decreased dramatically.

Cech was the top goalkeeper at Stamford Bridge for a very long time but now it looks like its best for him to move out. And it looks like that he will move out to have more time under the goal bar.

The agent of Cech said to the media –

“We have not held talks yet. However, Chelsea have recently made an agreement with Besiktas. Chelsea have similar deals with Vitesse and other clubs. If Cech does become available Besiktas would become a potential destination.

It becomes quite clear from this that Cech most probably will be moving out and that will happen in this January. And it also becomes quite clear that his move will most probably be in Turkey.

But Besiktas isn’t the only team after Cech. Top tier teams are looking for a goalkeeper as good as him. Monaco and Paris Saint Germain both will be on the race to get Cech’s signature for their team. But it looks like at the moment, Besiktas has higher probability to get him and they are also a bit ahead of other two teams.
